  Light soy sauce 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup, Or Reduced -Salt)
  Oriental sesame oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Rice vinegar 6 Tablespoon (Clear)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Rice wine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Process all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal blade until combined, about 5 seconds.
