Szechwan Vegetarian Chow Mein

Ingredients
  Chinese eggless noodles 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Spring onions 3 , finely chopped
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm), finely chopped
  Sesame paste 3 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare the noodles as per instruction given, if using readymade packet, then boil it in salted water until soft.
Wash under running water, sprinkle little oil, shake well and keep aside.
Keep it hot.
Mix together in a bowl, sesame oil, sesame paste, vinegar, sugar, soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt and pepper.
Heat oil saute onion and garlic, add noodles and sesame mixture.
Toss well.
Serve hot immediately.
