Ingredients
  Sea scallops 1 Pound, halved / quartered, small bites
  Fresh lemon juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coconut milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Minced green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine scallops, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, and monosodium glutamate.
Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours, stirring once or twice.
Drain, add remaining ingredients and chill well.
