Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Real mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken pieces 4 Large, chilled and chopped to make 3 cups
  Pea pods 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced lengthwise, blanched
  Shredded carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame seed 1 Tablespoon, toasted
  Shredded lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Mix together mayonnaise, soy sauce and ginger in large bowl.
Add chicken, pea pods, carrots, onions and sesame seeds; mix lightly.
Chill.
Serve on lettuce-covered platter.
