Chinese Chicken Salad
|Real mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken pieces||4 Large, chilled and chopped to make 3 cups|
|Pea pods||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced lengthwise, blanched|
|Shredded carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sesame seed||1 Tablespoon, toasted|
|Shredded lettuce||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Mix together mayonnaise, soy sauce and ginger in large bowl.
Add chicken, pea pods, carrots, onions and sesame seeds; mix lightly.
Serve on lettuce-covered platter.
