Hunan Chili Relish

Ingredients
  Red chilies 5
  Green chilies 5
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm)
  Onion 1 Medium
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Coarsely chop chillies, garlic and onion.
Heat oil and stir fry the chopped ingredients for 1 minute.
Add salt and serve warm or at room temperature as an appetiser, or to accompany fried rice.
