Chinese Five Spice Powder

Ingredients
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Aniseed 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Fennel seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, freshly ground
  Cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

In a blender combine cinnamon, aniseed, fennel seed, pepper and cloves.
Process until powdered.
In a tightly covered jar store seasoning in a cool dry place.
Season stir-fried vegetables with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon seasoning.
