Chinese Mixed Vegetable

I love Chinese food and this is something which I love to combine with my bowl of plain rice. This Chinese mixveg is a delicious and colorful mix of vegetables cooked in the sauces to provide the authentic Chinese taste and flavor.
Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Scallions 6
  Red pepper To Taste
  Green pepper To Taste
  Onions 1 Medium, cut in big pieces
  Ginger 1 , cut into pieces
  Garlic pieces 4 (Paste of 2, and 2 cut in small pieces)
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Tomato ketchup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Soya sauce 5 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cut all the vegetables in cubes (not in small pieces)
Heat the oil in a pan
Put Ginger and Garlic along with onions
after 30 seconds add Broccoli, add 1/2 tsp salt with it
Saute for 3 minutes and then add cumin powder and chilly powder
Saute for another minute and add Scallion, Red pepper and Green Pepper
Add Tomato Ketchup and Soya Sauce and salt
Saute for another minute and add 1/2 cup of water
let it cook for 2 minutes

** I add the Garlic paste, to get more taste of garlic in the gravy.

i like it , do send reciepe for chinese dishes but it should be pure veg
