Tuna Chow Mein

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Canned chow mein noodles 3 Ounce, 1/3 cup reserved (1 Can)
  Canned tuna 6 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine butter, onion, celery and green pepper in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Add soup, noodles, tu.na, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Let stand 3 minutes, covered.
Top with reserved chow mein noodles before serving.
