Barbecued Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Chopped fresh ginger 5 Milliliter, chopped (1 Teaspoon)
  Chopped garlic 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Chinese barbecued pork 1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram Char Sui)
  Chinese mushrooms 4 , soaked in warm water 20 minutes and sliced
  Carrot 2 Ounce, sliced and parboiled (60 Gram)
  Broccoli florets 1⁄2 Pound, blanched (225 Gram)
  Bamboo shoots 2 Ounce, sliced (60 Gram)
  Bean sprouts 1⁄4 Pound, roots removed (110 Gram)
  Stock 125 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Light soy sauce 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Dry sherry 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sugar 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Cornstarch 20 Milliliter, blended with 3 tablespoon, 45 milliliter water
  Water 45 Milliliter (For Blending Cornstarch)
  Soft fried noodles 1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)
Directions

1 Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger, garlic, pork and stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Add vegetables, stock, soy sauce, sherry and sugar. Simmer covered for 2 minutes.
2 Stir in combined cornstarch and water to thicken. Serve over hot noodles.
