Chinese Wok Fried Pork

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon (Rapeseed)
  Lean minced pork 1 Kilogram, minced
  Canned water chestnuts 140 Gram, drained (1 Tin)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Button mushrooms 12 , cut into half
  Pak choi 4 Small, roughly chopped
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Reduced salt soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Spring onions 4 , chopped
  Fresh ginger piece 1 Inch, finely sliced
Directions

Heat the oil in a pan, add the pork and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Chop the water chestnuts roughly and add to the pan with the garlic, mushrooms and pak choi.
Add the water and then all the remaining ingredients.
Cook for 8 minutes.
Serve with rice.
