Chinese Wok Fried Pork
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon (Rapeseed)|
|Lean minced pork||1 Kilogram, minced|
|Canned water chestnuts||140 Gram, drained (1 Tin)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Button mushrooms||12 , cut into half|
|Pak choi||4 Small, roughly chopped|
|Oyster sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Reduced salt soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Spring onions||4 , chopped|
|Fresh ginger piece||1 Inch, finely sliced|
Heat the oil in a pan, add the pork and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Chop the water chestnuts roughly and add to the pan with the garlic, mushrooms and pak choi.
Add the water and then all the remaining ingredients.
Cook for 8 minutes.
Serve with rice.
