Chinese Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 2 Teaspoon, mix with 2 tabespoon cold water
Directions

Combine lemon juice, water, soya sauce, lemon rind, sugar, salt, pepper, sesame oil together in sauce pan.
Place the pan over low heat and bring to the boil, stirring well.
Add the cornflour mixture and stir well.
Bring to the boil once again.
Remove from fire and cool.
