Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Precooked rice 4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salad oil/Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Broiled sliced mushrooms 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked bacon slices 8 , crumbled
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

Prepare rice according to directions.
Chill.
Heat oil in skillet; add rice, mushrooms, onions, and soy sauce.
Cook over low heat 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
Add bacon and egg.
Cook and stir 5 minutes.
