Chinese Style Tuna Casserole
|Canned solid pack tuna||7 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk/Chicken broth / water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned chinese noodles||3 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salted cashew nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Whole)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine all the ingredients, reserving 1 cup of the noodles, and stir gently until well bended.
Spread in a shallow 1-quart casserole.
Bake in a moderate oven, 350°, 20 minutes.
Spread the remaining noodles over the top and bake 5 minutes longer.
