Skillet Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 7 Tablespoon
  Finely shredded cabbage 7 Cup (112 tbs) (1 Medium Head)
  Top milk/Light cream 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Dash (1 Speck)
Directions

Melt butter in skillet.
Add cabbage, cover, and cook 5 min over medium heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and cook 5 min longer or until cabbage is tender.
