Skillet Chinese Cabbage
|Finely shredded cabbage||7 Cup (112 tbs) (1 Medium Head)|
|Top milk/Light cream||6 Tablespoon|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Dash (1 Speck)|
Melt butter in skillet.
Add cabbage, cover, and cook 5 min over medium heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and cook 5 min longer or until cabbage is tender.
