Salad Chow Mein
|Shredded chinese cabbage||6 Cup (96 tbs) (1 Medium Stalk)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce, drained (1/2 Cup Or 1 Can)|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Chow mein noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In large bowl, combine cabbage, mushrooms and onion.
Combine salad dressing and soy sauce; pour over cabbage mixture.
Just before serving, add noodles; toss lightly.
