Fried Courgettes

Ingredients
  Courgettes 3⁄4 Pound (375 Gram)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Water 5 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash and cut the courgettes into 1/2-cm (1/4-in) slices without peeling.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying-pan and stir-fry the courgettes for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning sauce and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Adjust the seasoning and serve.
