yummy. my only advice is don't stir your omelette once you pour the mixture into the pan or it will stick. mix your eggs up well before and then let the mixture settle once you pour it. Then you will have a nice omelette that does not stick to the pan. Use a fork to get the spatula underneath the omelette.
