Chinese Pork And Green Vegetables

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Boneless pork 1 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Frozen pea pods 6 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Green onions 2 Bunch (200 gm), cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In oblong baking dish, heat oil at medium-high2 minutes.
Stir in pork, soy sauce and garlic.
Heat at medium-high4 to 5 minutes; stir occasionally.
Add pea pods and green onions.
Heat, covered with plastic wrap, at medium-high3 minutes; stir once.
