Carrots Chinese Style

Ingredients
  Oil/1 tablespoon butter plus 1 tablespoon oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced carrots 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water/Chicken broth 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat wok on high heat 15 to 30 seconds.
Add oil and swirl around the edges.
Add carrots, sugar and salt.
Stir-fry 1 minute to coat the vegetables.
Add water or broth and cover.
Steam-cook 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Uncover and stir.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with soy sauce if you wish.
