Chicken Salad With Chinese Dressing
|Soya sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rice wine vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ginger powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Precooked chicken breast||1 , thinly sliced|
|Iceberg lettuce||1 , thinly shredded|
|Carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly shredded|
|Red onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Fresh cilantro||3 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon (Toasted)|
|Orange zest||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1) Dressing : In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, orange juice, vinegar, ginger powder, salt and sugar to taste; blend thoroughly and set aside.
2) In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, lettuce, carrots and red onion together.
3) Pour over the dressing & toss until thoroughly coated.
4) Spoon the chicken salad mixture over a bed of napa cabbage, garnish with cilatro, sesame seeds, orange zest and serve.
