|Whole chicken breasts||2 , skinned and boned (4 Halves)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Finely chopped yellow onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried rosemary||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Black pepper||1 Pinch|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange||1 , rind grated|
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange the chicken breasts in a 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Drizzle the butter evenly over the breasts and sprinkle them with the paprika.
2. In a small bowl, combirie the onion, salt, rosemary, pepper, orange juice, and orange rind. Pour over the breasts. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until fork tender, basting the breasts occasionally with the pan juices. Serve with egg noodles or rice, and Green Beans Italian Style.
