Stir Fry Bok Choy
|Bok choy head||1 Large, stem end trimmed|
|Vegetable oil/Peanut oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), halved|
|Julienned daikon radish/Sliced water chestnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||To Taste|
Cut bok choy crosswise into 1- or 2-inch pieces.
Heat oil in skillet; add garlic and bok choy.
Stir-fry about 3 minutes or until bok choy is wilted.
Discard garlic, toss with daikon or water chestnuts, and serve with soy sauce on the side.
