Stir Fry Bok Choy

Ingredients
  Bok choy head 1 Large, stem end trimmed
  Vegetable oil/Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), halved
  Julienned daikon radish/Sliced water chestnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce To Taste
Directions

Cut bok choy crosswise into 1- or 2-inch pieces.
Heat oil in skillet; add garlic and bok choy.
Stir-fry about 3 minutes or until bok choy is wilted.
Discard garlic, toss with daikon or water chestnuts, and serve with soy sauce on the side.
