Qingdao Fajitas

Ingredients
For marinade
  Vodka/Tequila / shao hsing wine 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Minced ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Chinese five spice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beef sirloin steak/Beef flank steak 1 Pound
For salsa
  Tomatoes 2 Large, coarsely chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, chopped
  Serrano chili 2 , minced
  Chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon (Chinese Parsley)
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chili paste 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For sour cream mixture
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour tortillas 12 , warmed
Directions

Combine marinade ingredients in a sealable plastic bag.
Add beef, seal bag, and turn to evenly coat.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
One hour before cooking, combine salsa ingredients and sour cream mixture ingredients in separate bowls.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cooking Lift beef from marinade, reserving marinade.
Place beef on a rack in a foil-lined broiling pan.
Broil 2 inches below heat, turning once, for 2 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Baste occasionally with reserved marinade while broiling.
Thinly slice beef.
To serve, place a small portion of beef strips, lettuce, salsa, and sour cream mixture on a warm tortilla, wrap up, and eat out of hand.
To barbecue: Remove beef from marinade, reserving marinade, and drain briefly.
Place on lightly greased grill about 4 inches above a solid bed of glowing coals.
Cook, turning once and basting several times with reserved marinade, for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
