Simple Chinese-Moo Goo Gai Pan

This Chinese Moo goo Gai Pan is a delicious combination of chicken and vegetables. Make a big difference with this simple and easy step-by-step video recipe. Your guests are surely going to be all praise for your culinary expertise.
Ingredients
  Boneless chicken 1⁄2 Pound
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix together all together for the sauce. Stir till sugar dissolves. Keep aside.
Take a wok. Add 1 tsp of cooking oil. Add the mushrooms and broccoli. Stir till crisp (approximately 1 minute). Keep aside.
Take another pan or wok. Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Add garlic and stir for about 10 seconds. Add the chicken pieces and cook till done (approximately 5-7 minutes). Add the sauce and stir till chicken is well coated. Add the stir-fried vegetables. Mix to coat well with the sauce. Serve.
