Chinese Pork Saute

Ingredients
  Finely chopped raw pork 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Peanut oil/Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce, drained and sliced
  Frozen chinese pea pods 7 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In skillet, brown pork in hot oil.
Add next 3 ingredients; then add broth.
Steam, covered, over high heat about 3 minutes.
Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water; push vegetables aside and add cornstarch mixture to broth; cook and stir till slightly thickened.
Add salt to taste.
