Here is a Chinese style pepper steak recipe that you would truly enjoy. If deciding on what to make for dinner every night is driving you nuts , here is just the solution you were looking for. A delicious and easy to make steak that is done in no time at all.
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Beef 1⁄2 Pound, cut into pieces
  Bell pepper 1
  Onions 1 Medium
  Chicken stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon

Take a bowl. Add the sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch in little water. Mix and set aside.
Take a wok and set heat at high. Add 1 tbsp cooking oil. Add the ginger and stir for 10 seconds. Add garlic (if desired). Add the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes till done. Set aside.
Take another wok and add 1 tsp of oil. Add vegetables. Stir till crisp for a minute or two. Add the cooked beef. Add the sauce and boil. When bubbles appear, mix all the ingredients together. Serve.
