Chinese Chicken Salad
|Diced cooked chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Bean sprouts||1 Can (10 oz), well drained|
|Finely chopped celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced water chestnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|French dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Sliced stuffed olives||2 Ounce|
Combine chicken, bean sprouts, celery, chestnuts, green pepper, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Pour French dressing over salad; mix lightly.
Chill for several hours.
Add just enough mayonnaise to moisten; toss lightly.
Spoon onto lettuce-lined plate; garnish with olives.
