Cantonese Style Meatballs
|Beef||1 Pound, ground|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped|
|Evaporated milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Combine the ground beef, crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and evaporated milk in a medium mixing bowl and shape into 12 meatballs.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs in the butter, turning occasionally.
