Chinese Deep Fried Pork And Shrimp Wonton

A delicious snack in minutes is what you can create with this quick and easy Chinese deep fried wonton recipe. Enjoy a wonderful evening with friends and family with food that creates just the right mood.
Ingredients
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Shrimps 1⁄2 Pound
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Green onion 1
  Wonton wrappers 40
Directions

Mix all the ingredients well. The pork filling for the wontons is ready.
Break the eggs in another bowl and beat well. It can be used later for sealing the wonton edges.
Take a wonton wrapper. Add 1 tsp of the filling in the center. Seal with the egg liquid. Fold and deep fry till golden brown. Take out and drain the excess oil. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
