1. Mince the garlic, chop the celery, carrots and set aside.
2. In a wok pour oil and sauté the garlic until golden brown, add the carrots and celery and stir fry everything until the vegetables are crisp tender.
3. Add the cooked noodles, beef broth, dark soya sauce, sesame oil and mix everything well.
4. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes and turn off the heat.
5. Serve the stir fry noodles with baked chicken or sweet and sour sauce.
