Hoisin Chicken With Chinese Pancakes
|Hoisin sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sesame seed oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts||2 , cut into 1 /6-inch chunks|
|Green onions||4 , trimmed, cut into 1 1/ 2-inch pieces|
|Tangerines||2 Large, skin and threads removed|
|Green bell peppers||2 Medium, seeded, cut into 1/ 2-inch pieces|
|Pine nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)|
|Canola oil||1 Teaspoon (For Brushing Skewers And Grid)|
Mix the marinade ingredients in a deep bowl.
Add chicken, toss and marinate for 1 hour.
Thread skewers with chicken pieces, green onion, tangerine pieces, and green peppers.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on the grid over ashen coals.
Grill chicken, turning occasionally, for about 9 minutes or until cooked through.
