Hoisin Chicken With Chinese Pancakes

  Hoisin sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seed oil 2 Teaspoon
  Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts 2 , cut into 1 /6-inch chunks
  Green onions 4 , trimmed, cut into 1 1/ 2-inch pieces
  Tangerines 2 Large, skin and threads removed
  Green bell peppers 2 Medium, seeded, cut into 1/ 2-inch pieces
  Chinese pancakes/Rice 4
  Pine nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Canola oil 1 Teaspoon (For Brushing Skewers And Grid)

Mix the marinade ingredients in a deep bowl.
Add chicken, toss and marinate for 1 hour.
Thread skewers with chicken pieces, green onion, tangerine pieces, and green peppers.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on the grid over ashen coals.
Grill chicken, turning occasionally, for about 9 minutes or until cooked through.
