Chinese Hot Mustard

Ingredients
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend mustard and water.
Add salad oil and salt.
For more yellow color add a little ground turmeric, if desired.
