Chinese Chicken Salad In A Lettuce Leaf

Ingredients
  Boneless skinless, chicken breasts 2 Pound, cooked and chopped
  Bean sprouts 1 Pound
  Lettuce head 1 , shredded
  Carrots 3 Large, shredded
For dressing
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Chopped fresh mint/2 teaspoon dried mint 2 Tablespoon
  Lemons 3 , juiced
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves 12
Directions

1. In a large salad bowl, combine chicken, sprouts, lettuce and carrots.
2. Combine garlic, mint, lemon juice, water, sesame oil, pepper flakes and sugar. Pour over chicken mixture. Toss to mix thoroughly.
3. Wash lettuce and pat dry. Spoon salad onto lettuce leaves; roll up to serve.
