2 cups diced cooked or canned chicken or turkey
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 9-ounce can (1 cup) pineapple tidbits
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup celery slices
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 3-ounce can (2 1/2 cups) chow-mein noodles
Combine all ingredients except noodles, mixing well.
Gently fold in 1 cup of the noodles.
Turn into 8x8x2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining noodles.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) 50 minutes or till hot.
