Quick Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Homemade Or Canned)
  Shredded chinese cabbage/Other greens 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Bok Choy)
  Scallions 2 , coarsely diced
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
Directions

In a medium saucepan over moderate heat, combine broth, cabbage, and scallions and cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in soy sauce.
Add eggs, a little at a time, stirring constantly.
Heat thoroughly and serve.
