Quick Egg Drop Soup

|Chicken broth||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Homemade Or Canned)|
|Shredded chinese cabbage/Other greens||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Bok Choy)|
|Scallions||2 , coarsely diced|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
In a medium saucepan over moderate heat, combine broth, cabbage, and scallions and cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in soy sauce.
Add eggs, a little at a time, stirring constantly.
Heat thoroughly and serve.
