Sauteed Sesame Fish

  Rockfish fillets/Red snapper fillets / halibut steaks 1 Pound
  Rice flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soybean milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄6 Cup (2.67 tbs)
  Wheat free gluten free crumbs 1⁄6 Cup (2.67 tbs)
  Olive oil 4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Cooked shrimp/Small sized 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh / Canned)

Cut fish into four pieces.
Dust with flour.
Dip in soybean milk.
Coat evenly with a mixture of sesame seeds and crumbs.
Heat oil in a large frying pan (it should cover the bottom of pan generously).
Add fish and saute turning once, until fish flakes with a fork, about 6-10 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
Put lemon juice, parsley, and shrimp into a small pan.
Stir and heat just to warm.
Spoon over fish.
