Sauteed Sesame Fish
|Rockfish fillets/Red snapper fillets / halibut steaks||1 Pound|
|Rice flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soybean milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄6 Cup (2.67 tbs)|
|Wheat free gluten free crumbs||1⁄6 Cup (2.67 tbs)|
|Olive oil||4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked shrimp/Small sized||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh / Canned)|
Cut fish into four pieces.
Dust with flour.
Dip in soybean milk.
Coat evenly with a mixture of sesame seeds and crumbs.
Heat oil in a large frying pan (it should cover the bottom of pan generously).
Add fish and saute turning once, until fish flakes with a fork, about 6-10 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
Put lemon juice, parsley, and shrimp into a small pan.
Stir and heat just to warm.
Spoon over fish.
