Chinese Bbq Pork Roast Pork

Ingredients
  Boneless pork 2 Pound (900 Grams)
  Sugar 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed
  Ginger juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Catsup 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Soy sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Wine 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Five spice powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hoisin sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Honey 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
Directions

1. Marinate pork for 2-4 hours, or overnight if you wish.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and place marinated pork on a rack over a roasting pan filled with 1/2 cup water. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. Turn over and bake another 17-20 minutes.
3. Switch oven to broil. Baste both sides of pork with basting sauce and broil for 1 minute on each side.
4. Let pork cool and cut into thin slices.
