Ingredients
  Red tuna fillets 400 Gram
  Ginger 50 Milliliter (5 Centiliter)
  Lemon juice 50 Milliliter (5 Centiliter)
  Fish sauce 50 Milliliter (5 Centiliter, Nuoc Mam)
  Chilli 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
For salad
  Soy bean sprouts 200 Gram
  Coriander leaves 50 Gram
  Roasted sesame seeds 10 Gram
  Lime dressing 20 Milliliter (2 Centiliter)
  Soy sauce 50 Milliliter (5 Centiliter)
Directions

Chop the tuna fillet.
Marinate in ginger juice, lemon juice, fish sauce, chilli puree, salt and pepper.
Arrange in the middle of the plate.
Make a salad with soy bean sprouts, chopped coriander leaves and a green lime dressing.
Scatter roasted sesame seeds over the salad
