Baked Chop Suey

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Margarine/Butter 4 Teaspoon
  Onions 3 , chopped
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut diagonally
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Cream of chicken soup 21 Ounce (2 Can)
  Cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 3 Can (30 oz)
  Soy sauce 6 Teaspoon
  Water chestnuts 2 Can (20 oz), sliced
  Canned mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned bean sprouts 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chow mein noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Brown meat in margarine; add onions, celery and green pepper.
Saute until onion is golden and celery is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except noodles, and blend well.
Pour mixture in a well-buttered casserole; top with noodles.
Bake in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
