Chinese Plum Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Null 3 Ounce (75 Gram)
  Onion/Null 1 , finely chopped (Null)
  Plum jam/Null 8 Ounce, strained (225 Gram)
  Soy sauce/Null 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Wine vinegar/Null 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Ground ginger/Null 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2.5 Milliliter)
  Mustard/Null 1 Pinch (Null)
Directions

Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the onion and fry for 5 minutes.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Heat gently, stirring constantly.
