Chinese Style Vegetables

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cauliflower florets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Broccoli florets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Carrots 4 Medium, sliced
  Chicken stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snow peas 1⁄4 Pound
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Ginger root 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Chopped cabbage/Bok choy 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Red Or Green)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In wok or large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Add cauliflower, broccoli and carrots; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add chicken stock; cover and steam for 2 minutes.
Add snow peas; stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add garlic, gingerroot, and cabbage; stir-fry for 1 minute.
Stir in soy sauce.
