Garlic Baby Bok Choy

I learnt this garlic baby bok choy recipe from my Thai neighbour. I can still remember her warm welcome and swift bok choy preparation. This baby bok choy is ready to eat in 15 minutes. Try this quick and healthy dish. You will love it.
Ingredients
  Unsalted butter To Taste
  Chopped ginger 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Baby bok choy 1⁄2
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Wash baby bok choy thoroughly.
2. Heat a frying pan and melt butter on mild flame.
3. Add chopped ginger and sauté for two minutes.
4. Add bok choy and chicken broth. Cook it for 8-10 min until baby bok choy is tender. Stir few times to avoid burn.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
