Garlic Baby Bok Choy
|Unsalted butter||To Taste|
|Chopped ginger||3 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Baby bok choy||1⁄2|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Wash baby bok choy thoroughly.
2. Heat a frying pan and melt butter on mild flame.
3. Add chopped ginger and sauté for two minutes.
4. Add bok choy and chicken broth. Cook it for 8-10 min until baby bok choy is tender. Stir few times to avoid burn.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
