Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Long grain rice 1⁄2 Pound, cooked
  Salt To Taste
  Prawns 1⁄2 Pint
  Egg 1
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Teaspoon
  Spring onions/Chives 2 (Scallions)
  Ham 2 Ounce
Directions

Heat oil in frying pan, add chopped pork.
Fry 1 or 2 minutes, then add rice and salt.
Cook 10 minutes, stirring to prevent rice sticking.
Add shelled prawns (shrimps), mix well, then clear small space in rice and drop in egg, breaking yolk.
When nearly cooked, stir and mix through rice.
Add soy sauce mixed with the water, and finely chopped spring onions (scallions) or chives.
Mix well, sprinkle with finely chopped ham
