Chinese Fried Rice
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), diced|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Saute onion and rice until light brown.
Add slightly beaten egg, scrambling until fully cooked.
Combine soy sauce and water and add to rice mixture.
