Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Finely diced fully cooked ham/Raw pork 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced green onion 3 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a 10-inch skillet cook beaten eggs in 1 tablespoon of the oil, without stirring, till set.
Invert skillet over a baking sheet to remove cooked eggs; cut into short, narrow strips.
In the same skillet cook ham or pork, mushrooms, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, and green onion in remaining oil about 4 minutes or till mushrooms and onion are tender.
Stir in cooked rice and egg strips; heat through.
