Cantonese Steamed Beef Balls

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)
  Wine 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Ginger juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Soup stock/Water 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Mustard 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon, For Dipping)
Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, wine, ginger juice, salt, sesame oil and cornstarch. Mix well.
2. Slowly stir in stock or water.
3. Make beef mixture into 14-15 roughly rounded balls. Place in a greased pie pan.
