Chow Young Bok Choy

Ingredients
  Chinese cabbage 1 Pound
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 (Size Of Quarter)
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Chicken stock/Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Using a high flame, heat pan and add oil and salt.
Next add ginger.
When pan is red hot, add Chinese cabbage and stir for 45 seconds.
Add stock and cover for 1 1/2 minutes.
Uncover and stir for 15 seconds.
Add sugar, monosodium, and pepper
