Ground Beef Chow Mein

  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained (1/2 Cup, 1 Can)
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Brown gravy mix 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Onion/1 tablespoon instant minced onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Stalks)

In 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole, crumble ground beef.
Stir in mushrooms, ginger and soy sauce.
Sprinkle with gravy mix.
Cook, covered, 5 minutes.
Stir in onion, celery and chow mein vegetables.
Cook, covered, 5 more minutes or until vegetables are desired d
