Chow Mein Chicken Salad's picture
  Shredded lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chow mein noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked and cubed chicken 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Sliced almonds 4 Teaspoon, toasted
  Sesame seeds 4 Teaspoon, toasted
For vinaigrette
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon

In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, chow mein noodles, chicken, onions, almonds and sesame seeds.
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the vinaigrette ingredients; shake well.
Drizzle over salad; toss to coat.
