Chinese Barbecued Pork

  Pork tenderloin 1 , trimmed
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooking spray 1
  Hoisin sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Minced peeled fresh ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili garlic sauce 1 Teaspoon (Such As Lee Kum Kee)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Bottled minced garlic 2 Teaspoon

1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Sprinkle pork with salt. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray, place over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork, and cook 8 minutes or until pork is browned, turning occasionally. Place pork in a baking dish.
3. Combine hoisin sauce and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stir well. Spread hoisin mixture over tenderloin. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest portion of tenderloin. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until thermometer registers 160°. Place tenderloin on a platter, and let stand 5 minutes. Cut tenderloin into slices. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
